In my opinion the best time to go to Las Vegas is in May. The temperature is just right. It still gets warm enough to swim if you want and the nights are perfect.
October is another great time to visit vegas. The weather is perfect.
Some nights it can get a little chilly, so you should pack a light jacket.
My last trip was in July. I did not enjoy that. It was very hot and crowded. Also, there were a lot of kids running everywhere!! In my opinion vegas is not for children.
The cheapest time to visit Las Vegas is winter. This is the off season. It may be chilly, but you can get very cheap deals in the winter. The week of Thanksgiving and Christmas are the absolute best for cheap deals.

Las Vegas Casinos
There are so many casinos in Las Vegas it is hard to decide where to gamble. I put together a little list of the casinos I like the best in vegas.
1. My favorite thing to play in Las Vegas are the slot machines. I have won at a few different hotels in vegas. One of my favorite casinos is at the Luxor. It just has a nice atmosphere.
2. I have won the most money at Casino Royale. This is an old vegas casino. It is not fancy or pretty....but who cares if your winning money, right? I read an article online to find the best slots in vegas and it highly recommended the Casino Royale. They have the loosest slots in vegas. The older casinos and hotels offer great comps and the payouts are higher. They want your business.
3. Circus Circus has pretty good slot machines also. If you sign up for their players card they give you free slot play, free buffet and other great coupons to use.
4. I also like any of the older casinos on Freemont Street. They have high payouts. This is the old las vegas. There are even a few casinos that still payout with real coins if thats what you like.
5. If you play blackjack the older casinos still have tables for a $1.00. Most of the newer casinos in vegas have a minimum of $10.
6. The same goes for Roulette. I love playing roulette. I usually play in the older casinos because its a lot cheaper.
If you want to win in Las Vegas your best bet would be BlackJack. I tried to learn everything I could about blackjack before I went to vegas.

Las Vegas for Family
In my opinion Las Vegas is not a place for kids. There is not a lot of things for children to do. Some Vegas hotels cater to children like Circus Circus which has an indoor amusement park and all the vegas hotels have great swimming pools.
Las Vegas is very adult oriented. There are numerous things and people you may not want your child to see.
So,you may want to leave the children at home for this vacation. Thats why they call Las Vegas the Disney World for adults.
